Is cheating hereditary? Habit? An escape?

I personally think some guys like to feel superior to a woman. Like each woman is a conquest. An adventure to have, after which some decide to move on. And yes, some do stay:rose:

 

What you describe is peer pressure and culture. At least here in college.

Usually cheating in a seriously relationship is an escape from a problem with the relationship.

1. Sometimes relationships fall apart or a girl pushes a man away emotionally. Sometimes men try to fill that void with sex, because they feel that is intimacy.

2. Some do it simply because they can. No matter how good or great their girlfriend looks treats them,or simply is. They will cheat with anyone pretty much.

3. Because they're insecure. Some men think being a man is sleeping with as many women as possible.

I've never personally cheated it's against my beliefs, and I find girls who offer to be too easy of a chase if they know I'm in a relationship.

Guys cheat because guys are hard-wired by evolution to cheat, thus spreading their sperm as far and wide as possible to perpetuate the species. It's as simple as that. If they DON'T cheat, it's because they've been sufficiently socialized to overcome the tendency.
